DreamMaker Maltese is located outside of a small rural community in the Midwest. In 1999 I purchased my first Maltese, Chloe Grace. Chloe was the beginning of my love affair with these little white dogs. Being an animal lover and competitor at heart and having raised and shown Belgian Draft horses for many years, I began my search for a show prospect puppy. The rest is history and the beginning of DreamMaker Maltese.

We believe at the heart of a true breeder is the desire to improve the breed according to the breed standard. We only breed dogs that have no known health or genetic problems.

The health and wellbeing of our dogs is of utmost importance. Our puppies are raised in our home and get plenty of fresh country air, sunshine and are well socialized.

We do not usually recommend the Maltese breed for families with very small children. Though the Maltese is usually fearless, they are a toy breed that, when mature, are only between 4-7 pounds and can be easily injured.

Since I am a show breeder, I only keep show prospect puppies. The remaining puppies are sold for companions with AKC limited registration and can not be used for breeding purposes. All puppies are vet checked with first vaccinations, worming and a health guarantee. You may view the puppy contract on this website.

If you are looking for a little companion dog that loves to be your shadow and sit on your lap, this may be your breed. In fact, it’s difficult to have just one.

We hope you enjoy browsing our website. Please feel free to contact us, by phone or email if you have any questions. We would love to visit with you.
